Surat Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the approval granted by the exchange for the promoters to sell 1,38,12,408 shares in secondary market in compliance to the amendment to Clause 40A of the Listing Agreement.
In this connection, further the Company has inform that on June 03, 2011, promoter have sold 5,470 shares in the secondary market.
