(Daily) Present Status Of The Market And Future Anticipation Nifty/ Sensex: Anticipated High-Lows for the Week Nifty: High - 5,185.85 (Optimistic 5,261.35): Low   -5,105.00 – 5,110.00 (Pessimistic 5,021.35 – 5,055.80) Sensex: High - 17,773.36 (Optimistic 17,979.18): Low  -17,475.00 – 17,500.00 (Pessimistic 17,291.10 – 17,361.47) PRESENT STATUS OF THE MARKET AND FUTURE ANTICIPATION: Indices continue to maintain severe negative divergences in many daily and some weekly charts while still continuing in "Intermediate up move” – in this week indices should fall for first couple of days and then take a rally , strength of which will depend upon where indices take support in first couple of days – support ranges should be       i) 5,105.00 – 5,110.00 & 17,475.00 – 17,500.00       ii) 5,021.35 – 5,055.80 & 17,291.10 – 17,361.47 – if indices take support in first ranges then these are likely to rally to last week’s highs of 5,261.35 – 17,979.18 but if these come to take support in second ranges then rally should be weak & should fizzle out near last week’s closing levels of 5,185.85 & 17,773.36. Coming to discuss next targets of negative divergences – these are 4,941.15 & 16,928.02, which should come anytime within present month. Discussing on broader time frame – in some weekly charts there are negative divergences pointing to 4,500.00 & 15,500.00 but timing of those being achieved will have to be coordinated by local operators keeping in mind international scenario , as many leading markets charts patterns are pointing to at least 5% more rise (as per chart patterns) before next intermediate down move starts. TODAY'S TREND: Resistance in the First Half. 2) MEDIUM TERM TREND (INTERMEDIATE) : It Continues Up. Last week 146 scrips have closed lower as compared to only 79 scrips in the preceding week (av. fall per scrip at 4 .10% is also higher than the av. fall per scrip of 2.87% in the preceding week) & only 83 scrips have closed higher as compared to 165 scrips in the preceding week (av. rise per scrip at 6.15 % is almost same as the av. rise per scrip of 6.18% in the preceding week) out of 250 scrips we follow regularly; Last week’s A-D data is indicating that lot of profit booking has been started. 3) LONG TERM TREND (MAJOR) : It continues up 4) REVIEW OF OUR 'ON - LINE RECOMMENDATIONS' OF LAST WEEK: Last week on the buy side 9 trades were recommended involving positions equivalent to 21 .25 % of the capital (12 .50 % on delivery basis) and profit booking was recommended in 6 trades (which included 3 trades of earlier weeks) involving positions equivalent to 11 .47 % of the capital (8.60 % on delivery basis). AVE POSITION PER BOOKED DEAL WORKS OUT TO BE = 02.55% of the capital (our target is 5. 00%). AVE PROFIT PER BOOKED DEAL WORKS OUT TO BE = 01.91% (our target is 3. 00 %).
