I hope you are feeling younger now, but referring to some one as "ji" is a respectful reference, to which I have become habituated, as such if I refer to you by adding "ji" sometime again please do not mind, as habits die hard and the intention is not to make you feel old.
That apart, what I can say regarding your mail is as under:
The other shares which you are holding are not crap but they will fall heavily if at all there is a downswing in the market, you can continue to hold the same as long as the market is doing well and whenever there are signs of a downswing you can leave them or in the alternative you can have a target set for each of the shares and leave them atleast 50% at the said levels and review your price target in accordance with the then prevalent circumstances.
I am not good at giving or setting targets. My view for profit booking is simple as and when 40% profit comes take it, as and when
there is a loss to the extent of 8% leave the scrip.

I am holding few stocks & fortunately they are either on borderline of purchase price or little profits.
