Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltd: Board recommends Dividend

Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.75 per share of Rs. 10 each on all the 27522400 equity shares of the Company for the year 2010-11 payable to the holders as on the date of next Annual General Meeting to be held on end September, 2011.
