Compuage Infocom Ltd: Board Meeting on June 10, 2011

Compuage Infocom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 10, 2011, inter alia, to consider the following;

1. To Fix the date and venue of the 12th Annual General Meeting and approve the Draft Notice of Annual General Meeting and to fix the date of book closure.

2. To consider Re-Appointment of Mr. Atul Mehta as Managing Director and consider and approve the draft Agreement.

3. To consider Re-Appointment of Mr. Bhavesh Mehta as Whole time Director and consider and approve the draft Agreement.

4. To consider Opening of "Compuage Infocom Ltd Equity Dividend 2010-11" Bank Account with HDFC Bank Ltd-Mumbai.

5. To Amend the Article of Association of the company in respect of serving Notice and Annual Report Lo the Shareholders in Electronic Form and Modification in the Clause relating to the Affixing of Common Seal.
