Sudal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that, after the last tranche of preferential issue of optionally fully convertible warrants to the promoters group of the company, the total no. of shares as on May 28, 2011 are 58,17,818.
The individual Shri Shyantanu S. Chokhani under promoter Group whose share holding in the company as on May 28, 2011 is 12,18,200 Equity Shares which is 20.94% of the total no. of shares. (subscribed and fully paid up).
