D. B. Corp Ltd: Allotment of Shares under DBCL-ESOS-2008 Scheme

D. B. Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the authorised members of the Compensation Committee of the Company has allotted 1300 number of shares of Rs. 10/- each on the exercise of 1300 stock options under the DBCL-ESOS Scheme 2010, to it's employees covered under the scheme.

Following are the details of the increase in the Issued and Paid up Capital of the Company:

- Existing Issued and Paid up Capital: 183286837 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
- Shares allotted / increased by: 1300 Equity Shares or Rs. 10/- each.
- Revised Issued and Paid up Capital: 183288137 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The new equity shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing capital.
