Great Offshore Ltd: Change in Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
Great Offshore Ltd has informed BSE that consequent to the resignation by Shri R. Narayanan, Company Secretary of the Company, he ceased as a Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 31, 2011 and Mr. Suresh Savaliya has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company who will act as a Compliance Officer.
