1. A meeting of Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on June 30, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.; and
2. A meeting of Secured Creditors of the Company will be held on July 01, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.; and
3. A meeting of Un-Secured Creditors of the Company will be held on July 01, 2011 at 4:00 p.m.
