Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 03, 2011, has decided to defer the Annual General Meeting to a future date and for which the Company has filed an application to the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisargh, Gwalior for the extension of Annual General Meeting for a further period of 3 months under Section 166 of the Companies Act 1956.
