Visesh Infotecnics Ltd: Updates on Scheme of Amalgamation

Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation under Section 391 read with Section 394 of the Companies Act, 1956, vide its order dated January 28, 2011. The said order has been received by the Company on February 15, 2011. Consequent upon the amalgamation of the Companies, M/s. Positive Comsol Pvt. Limited shall stand dissolved and be amalgamated / merged into M/s. Visesh Infotecnics Ltd.
