JPT Securities Ltd has informed BSE that JPT Share Services Private Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company, has received certificate of Deposit Based Trading Membership of Cash Segment & Equity Derivatives Segment of the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited ('BSE'), Further, in this connection, JPT Share Services Private Limited has also received Registration Certificate from Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI').
