Timex Group India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 16, 2011 appointed Mr. Kapil Kapoor as Chairman of the Company in place of Mr. Frank A Sherer with immediate effect.
Mr. Frank A Sherer shall however, continue to be a Director on the Board.
