EID Parry India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 54,468 equity shares arising out of exercise of employee stock option, granted under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007.
With this allotment the number of equity shares outstanding is 17,31,46,784 and the paid-up equity share capital is Rs. 17,31,46,784/-.
