Nestle India Ltd: Board fixes Book Closure for Final Dividend

Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from April 26, 2011 to April 27, 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual Book Closure and for determining entitlement of shareholders to the final dividend for the year 2010 of Rs. 12.50 per equity share recommended to the shareholders for approval.
