Classic Diamonds (India) Ltd has informed BSE that Company has received letter from M/s. A. N. Damania & Co. Chartered Accountants on February 04, 2011 in which the proprietor Mr. A. N. Damania informed the Company that the Peer Review of his Company has not been completed till date. So he is tendering his resignation and the same is accepted by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held, on February 05, 2011.
The Company has further informed that, Company has received a consent letter from M/s. Apte & Co. to be appointed as Statutory Auditor of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2011 has given their approval for the appointment.
