Pro Fin Capital Services Ltd has informed BSE that, consequent upon the completion of open offer made by the Triyamb Securities Private Limited along with others to acquire the 20% of the total paid up equity share capital of the Company, the following Directors resigned from the directorship in the Board Meeting held on February 18, 2011 :

1. Mr. Rajan Sehgal has resigned as Director as well as Managing Director with effect from February 18, 2011.

2. Mrs. Anita Sehgal has resigned as Director as well as Joint Managing Director with effect from February 18, 2011.
