Monsanto India Ltd has informed BSE that :
"Our Attention has been drawn by certain media organization to rumours that Monsanto India Ltd will shortly delist from the stock exchanges or buy back its shares.
We would like to inform that such rumours are unfounded and baseless. We categorically deny that the Company is presently considering any proposal to delist or buy back its shares."
