Marvel Vinyls Ltd: Updates on FY 11 Results

Marvel Vinyls Ltd has informed BSE that Meeting of the Board of Directors was held on May 31, 2011 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter / Financial Year ended March 31. 2011. But Financial Results were not ready for approval due to sudden illness of General Manager - Accounts, who is concerned person to attend the work of finalization of Balance Sheet. Therefore, the Company is not in a position to submit the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter / Financial Year ended March 31, 2011 on May 31, 2011. The Company will furnish the Audited Financial Results by June 10, 2011.
