Bafna Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 07, 2011, inter alia, to consider increase of authorized capital and the matter of issue and allotment of the equity share and equity warrants of the Company on preferential basis to Promoters and other investors and also as may be required, to seek approval of the members of the Company for this purpose.
