Era Financial Services India Ltd has informed BSE that following changes have taken place in the Managing Directorship / Manager of the Company.
1. Mr. Amit Bharana has resigned from the Position of Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. May 31, 2011 and he will continue to be the Director of the Company.
2. Mr. Gaurav Chopra has been appointed as a Manager under Companies Act, 1956 of the Company w.e.f. June 01, 2011.
