Monsanto India Ltd: Board recommends Final Dividend

Monsanto India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share on 8631174 equity shares of Rs.10/- each of the Company fully paid up for the year ended March 31, 2011, subject to declaration by the Company at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
