Ramco Systems Ltd: Allotment of Equity Shares

Ramco Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2011, has approved an allotment of 5,473 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, being the exercise of the equity stock options by the employees of the Company under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008, (ESOS 2008). Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 15,505,451 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 15,510,924 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
