Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs 2.00 per share (20% on Equity Share Capital of the company) for the financial year 2010-11, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
