Dhunseri Investments Ltd: Board Recommends Dividend
Dhunseri Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2011, inter alia, have recommended Dividend @ Rs 1.25 per share (Previous year Re. 1/-) subject to the approval of the shareholder at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
