Ceejay Finance Ltd: Board Meeting Reschedule

With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 18, 2011, regarding Board to consider Dividend on May 31, 2011, Ceejay Finance Ltd has now informed BSE that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall now be held on May 30, 2011, (instead of May 31, 2011) to consider the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2011 and to recommend dividend for the year 2010-2011.
