1. To take Note of closure of factory plant situated at J-5, MIDC, Kupward (Sangli) - 416 416.

2. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2010.

3. To take note of Mrs. Manisha Shah proposed to purchase 500 Equity Shares of face Value of Rs. 10/- constituting 0.01% of the voting share capital of the Company held by Mr. Umesh Patil, Independent Director.

4. To take note of Mrs. Manisha Shah proposed to purchase 500 Equity Shares of face Value of Rs. 10/- constituting 0.01% of the voting share capitol of the Company held by Mr. Dayanand Naik, Independent Director.

5. To take note of Mrs. Manisha Shah proposed to purchase 20000 Equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- constituting 0.48% of the voting share capital of the company held by Vardhaman drugs Ltd.
