With reference to earlier announcement dated October 28, 2010 intimating the decision at the Board to acquire M/s. N. Kumar Diamond Exports Ltd. (N. Kumar) along with its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. House Full International Ltd. (House Full), Renaissance Jewellery Ltd has now informed BSE that subsequent to receipt of the approval of the Central Government U/S 108A the Company has completed all the formalities to give effect to the said acquisition.
As a result of this acquisition, both N. Kumar and House Full have become the wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company.
