Mphasis Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from February 14, 2011 to February 24, 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on February 24, 2011.
The dividend if declared at the Annual General Meeting would be payable within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
