Eco Recycling Ltd: Outcome of Board Meeting
Eco Recycling Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2011, inter alia, has approved the appointment of Mr. T. R. Rao as an Additional Non-Executive Director of the Company and members of the various Committees.
