Interworld Digital Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2011, has Issued Equity Shares to the warrant holders upon exercise of their right of conversion in the following manner:
1. 4,05,201 Equity Shares to the person belonging to Promoter Group.
2. 10,00,000 Equity Shares to the Person belonging to Non-Promoter Group.
