Inwinex Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2011, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:
1. Central Government permission to be taken for the following related party transactions:
a. M/s. Arvind Exports
b. M/s. Sumeru Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd.
c. M/s. Sri. Sumeru Realty Pvt. Ltd.
d. M/s. Sumeru Travel Sulution
e. M/s. Gowra Petrochem Pvt. Ltd.
2. The board has decided to that the Company should become a member of Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and industry, and has authorized Mr. Srinivas Gowra to address the same.
3. Board has decided to change the name of the Company and authorized Mr. Arvind Varchaswi to check the availably of different name options with ROC, before the next board meeting.
