Compucom Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2011, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following:
- Strategic Investment in the form of 32,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- at par aggregating to Rs. 3.25 Crores in CSL Infomedia Pvt. Ltd. an educational, T.V., Media & Entertainment Company.
This Investment resulted into making CSL Infomedia Pvt. Ltd. a subsidiary of Compucom Software Ltd.
