Financial Technologies (India) Ltd: Board declares Third Interim Dividend
Financial Technologies (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2011, inter alia, have declared Third Interim Dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of face value Rs. 2/- each (i.e. @ 100%) on equity share capital of the Company.
