Jayshree Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that Shree Satyanarayan Investments Company Ltd., a promoter group Company, holding 22,01,248 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, fully paid-up, being 7.506% of the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company has, vide letter dated January 10, 2011 informed the Company that they have purchased 10.000 Equity Shares of the Company on January 10, 2011.
The shareholding of Shree Satyanarayan Investments Company Ltd. in the Company after such purchase has become 22,11,248 Equity Shares being 7.540% of the Company's paid-up Share Capital.
