Board Meeting on Jan 13, 2011
Goodyear India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 13, 2011, inter alia, to approve the Service Agreement with the Parent Company, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for reimbursement of expenses to the Parent Company for the services received by the Company. This agreement will be effective January 01, 2011 in supersession of the Service Agreement dated January 01, 2010.
