Jayshree Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that Shri Saurabh Bangur, a constituent of the Promoter Group, holding 4,92,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, fully paid-up, being 1.679% of the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company has, vide letter dated January 10, 2011 informed the Company that he has purchased 20,000 Equity Shares of the Company on January 10, 2011.
The shareholding of Shri Saurabh Bangur in the Company after such purchase has become 5,12,500 Equity Shares being 1.748% of the Company's paid-up Share Capital.
