Bhandari Hosiery Exports Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 15, 2011, inter alia:
1. To consider issue of bonus shares to the existing shareholders of the Company.
2. To approve the notice at Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) for aforesaid matters and fix the date, time and venue of EGM.
