Outcome of Board Meeting
Mega Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 10, 2011, given its in principle approval to the proposal of disinvestment of its holding in its wholly owned subsidiary Company Mega Holidays Ltd.
