Tax on WD is for deposits made after 2011 and not on years before. But CBDT may say that first deduct tax and then claim for same………. That way IT dept has a chance to examine all accounts and none can escape the big B…. He He. And one thought Govt babus are idiots… he He…

you can extend for another 5years! No tax at any period of time!
