Vardhman Holdings Ltd: Board recommends Dividend
Vardhman Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.5 per share on the fully paid up equity share capital of the Company.
