Rasoi Ltd: Board recommends Final Dividend

Rasoi Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 2.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each i.e. 25% (Twenty Five) on the Equity Shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2011.
