Rathi Steel & Power Ltd: Appointment of Cost Auditor
Rathi Steel & Power Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. R. M. Bansal & Co., (Cost Accountants) Kanpur, (U.P.) possessing the prescribed qualification under the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 be and are hereby appointed as the Cost Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2011-12.
