Riba Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2011, inter alia, to consider the following matters:
1. To consider raising of additional funds through issue of Warrants to persons belonging to promoters as well as non promoters category.
2. To consider reissue of balance 6,58,269 forfeited equity shares on a preferential basis to promoters as well as non promoters category.
3. Fixing the date of Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) and finalisation of the Notice and Explanatory Statement to be dispatched to the shareholders for their approval for the aforesaid issues.
