SIP Industries Ltd: Reappointment of Chairman of the Investor Grievance Committee
SIP Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. D Ravi has been re-appointed as Chairman of the Investor Grievance Committee for a further period of 3 years with effect from April 29, 2011 as his tenure ended on April 28, 2011. The resolution was passed at the Board Meeting held on April 28, 2011.
