Diana Tea Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will he held on May 14, 2011, inter alia, to discuss and consider, the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2010 along with Auditor's Report thereon and recommend dividend for the year, if any, and the unaudited financial results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ending March 31, 2011.
