Rainbow Papers Ltd: Board recommends Dividend
Rainbow Papers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 07, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 0.40 per Equity Share having face value of Rs. 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 (P.Y. Rs. 2.00 Equity Share having face value of Rs. 10 each).
