Integrated Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will furnish the Audited Results for the year ended March 31, 2011 with in Sixty days from the end of Financial Year i.e. up to May 30, 2011 instead of furnishing un-audited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
