Sezal Glass Ltd: Clarification regarding allotment of Equity shares

With the reference to the earlier announcement dated March 31, 2011 Sezal Glass Ltd has now clarified to BSE that the allotee Sezal Realty and Infrastructure Limited was originally known as Sejal Float Glass Limited. The said allottee has changed their name from Sejal Float Glass Limited to Sejal Realty and Infrastructure Limited vide Certificate of Incorporation consequent up on change of name dated June 26, 2010 and further changed their name from Sejal Realty and Infrastructure Limited to Sezal Realty and Infrastructure Limited vide Certificate of Incorporation consequent up on change of name dated July 23, 2010.
