IDBI Bank Ltd has informed BSE that :
"In terms of clause 53 of the Listing Agreement, the disclosures pertaining to agreements entered into by the Bank with media companies (copy enclosed for records) have been uploaded by the Bank on its website.
Further, in terms of clause 54 of the Listing Agreement, it is hereby confirmed that the Bank is maintaining a functional website with all the disclosures required to be included therein under the said clause."Read More
